Dairy freeze

No need to toss yogurt or milk that’s about to reach the expiration date. You can freeze it for later! One smart way to do it: Spoon individual portions into the cups of an ice cube tray. Once frozen, transfer the milk or yogurt cubes to a covered, freezer-safe container. Toss a few cubes into the blender with other ingredients to give smoothies or frozen desserts a calcium kick. (Note: Do not refreeze dairy products that have been thawed.)
