Eating mindlessly

It’s easy to munch your way through an entire bag of chips or cookies when you’re working online or really into a good TV show. Eating while you’re distracted is a surefire way to consume too many calories — without really even appreciating them. If you must eat in front of your computer because you’re truly hungry and can’t afford to take a break, choose something healthy, like fruit or nuts. Never eat from the box or bag.
